Donation Requests

Is your organization looking to request a donation for its upcoming event? Fill out the form below and we'd be happy to consider your group for a donation.

Minnesota Saes Tax Exempt
To be considered for a donation, requests must comply with the following guidelines:

1) Request Form must be complete. An incomplete form will not be accepted.

2) Donation request must be received by Chanhassen Brewing no later than 4 weeks before the date of the event and/or delivery of the donation is required.

Submitting a donation request per the above quidelines does not guarantee a donation
