Flavor is loaded with tropical fruit, featuring notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Hoppy bitterness is well-balanced against the residual malty sweetness, hiding the high alcohol content.

Cashmere Red IPA

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma is rich with melon and notes of black pepper giving way to maltiness. Appearance is a deep amber red with little to no haze and an off-white head. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavor is malt forward before giving way to tropical hop fruitiness with notes of mango and passion fruit followed by a residual sweetness.

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma presents strong ripe mango scents before revealing banana and clove from the Belgian yeast.. Appearance is burnt orange with a slight haze. Mouthfeel is creamy with a medium carbonation. Flavor is mango forward with hints of maltiness before blasting into a tropical world of mangoes, bananas, and fruity sweetness. Finishes with a mild bitterness and a hint of clove.

Pecan Brown Ale

The flavor begins strong with heavy notes of roasted grain before pulling back to reveal a smooth, creamy finish that contains hints of toffee and biscuit. Dry but sweet, heavy yet light, this beer burrows deep while still being easy-drinking and sessionable. It really is Fantastic.

Belgian Tripel aged in Virgin Island Rum Barrels

TASTING NOTES:

Aged for three months in Virgin Island Rum Barrels. Aroma is bright and slightly sweet, with notes of honey, cherry, and ripe mango. Appearance is a reddish-gold with a slight haze. Full-bodied mouthfeel with medium carbonation. The flavor is rich and complex, with elegant tropical fruit notes blending into hints of caramel, vanilla, and honey. Banana, mango, and cherry highlights shine before giving way to a lingering rum character with faint teases of coconut. The smooth finish is interrupted by a slight warmth that is the only betrayal of the high alcohol content. Cheers to Three Years of Beers!

Aroma is sweet with hints of black pepper and savory spices. Appearance is a crystal amber with a light tan head. Mouthfeel is viscous, with a medium carbonation and a tannic finish. The flavor is complex, leading rich, malty and sweet before opening up with flavors of black pepper, vanilla bean, and dark fruit. Little evidence of the high alcohol content is present. A lingering taste of American Oak and caramel round out this surprisingly easy drinking heavy hitter.

The flavor starts as a rich, malty sweetness with warm caramel notes before transitioning seamlessly into sharp, piney bitterness with notes of citrus and black pepper.

German Pilsner

Aroma is malty and bready with a hint of graham cracker. Appearance is a yellow gold with slight haze and a creamy, white head. Medium-bodied with a medium carbonation and a crisp finish. Flavor is bready with light earthiness followed by a hint of sweetness that balances a mild noble hop bitterness.

Wheat Ale w/ Ginger and Yuzu
