The flavor profile is rich and complex with a delicate interplay between roast and chocolate, accentuated by a light hint of vanilla and malty sweetness on the tail end. A deceptively delicious optical illusion celebrating the spirit of community cooperation.

Chocolate and Wine, a match made in Heaven! The aroma is heavy with dark chocolate that gives way to hints of oak and stone fruit. Dark brown in color with a creamy tan head. Full-bodied with medium carbonation and a dry but smooth finish. Dark Chocolate leaps out at the first taste, deep and complex with a slight bittersweet note from the oak tannins. Subsequent tastings bring out hidden glimpses of cherry, vanilla, and milk chocolate that linger throughout the smooth, creamy finish.

The flavor is complex, leading rich, malty and sweet before opening up with flavors of black pepper, vanilla bean, and dark fruit. Little evidence of the high alcohol content is present. A lingering taste of American Oak and caramel round out this surprisingly easy drinking heavy hitter.
